Jan 1885 in Minnesota, Erma J., age 12, b. Mar 1888 in Minnesota, and Laura T., age 10, b. Mar 1890 in Minnesota.

OBITUARY: 
Pauline Shepherd
The Tribune-Herald has received word of the death on the Mainland of Mrs. Pauline Shepherd, who resided in Hawaii from 1923 to 1963.
Mrs. Shepherd died at her home in Salem, Oregon Sept. 27. She was born in Glencoe, Minn., and spent her youth in Spokane, Wash. She came to Hawaii as a teacher and taught home economics at Papaikou and Honomu. Her late husband, William, worked for C. Brewer and Company at both plantations.
Mrs. Shepherd is survived by her daughter Jean Hunsaker of Salem; a son, retired U.S. Navy Capt. David Shepherd, of Annadale, Va., and five grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Irma Browne, of Appos [Aptos], Ca.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Barrick Funeral Home, with services and interment at City View Cemetery in Salem on Tuesday.
