1930 OR CENSUS - Ernest Pearson, age 36, occupation garage mechanic, b. Oregon, is enumerated with his wife Nora, age 32, b. Nebraska, along with children Mildred, age 10, b. Oregon, Doris, age 9, b. Oregon, and Clair, age 5, b. Oregon. 
DISCREPANCY - on DC, father's name is given as Henry, but in 1900 census he is enumerated as the son of Bennett [O.H[enry?] Bennett Pearson?
OBITUARY: 
Earnest [Ernest] Clare Pearson, late resident if 457 State st., at a local hospital, December 7. Survived by tow daughter, Mrs. Doris Andersen, Salem, and Mrs. Mildred Niccolson, Portland; a son, Claire Pearson, Vancouver, Wash.; a brother, M. O. Pearson, Turner; and six grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday, December 9, at 10 a.m. from the Virgil T. Golden chapel. The Rev. Dudley Strain will officiate with interment in the IOOF at Turner.
