Also enumerated with the family is Sarah Basey, age 15, b. Indiana.

1860 OR CENSUS - M. Brock, female, age 29, b. Illinois, is enumerated with W. S. Brock, age 34, occupation lawyer, b. Canada, along with W. N. Egleston, age 10, b. Illinois, N. S. Brock, male, age 5, b. Oregon, E.W. Brock, male, age 3, b. Oregon, and E.H. Brock, male, age 1, b. Oregon.
1870 CA CENSUS - Mary Brock, age 40, b. Indiana, is enumerated with W. S., age 45, occupation attorney, b. Vermont, along with Norman Brock, age 14, b. Oregon, Walter, age 13, b. Oregon, and Edwin, age 10, b. Oregon. 
2nd MARRIAGE - Horace H. Drake, before 1880
1880 CA CENSUS - Mary Drake, age 48, b. Indiana, is enumerated with husband Horace H. Drake, age 60, occupation farmer, b. Wisonsin, along with Seth Drake, age 15, b. California, Etta Drake, age 14, b. California, and Edwin Brock, age 20, identified as step-son [of Horace], occupation farm laborer, b. Oregon.

Oregon, is enumerated as the head in a home also occupied by Mary Epler, identified as mother [of Norman], age 79, widowed, mother of 6 children 2 of whom are living at the time of the census, b. Indiana [hard to read state of birth]. 
DISCREPANCY - maiden name Basey or Eggleston?  Father's name is given as Brock on DC, her last name is given as Eggleston in 1850 census record, and Eggleston at the time of her marriage to Walter Brock.
