OBITUARY: 
JEFFERSON—Mrs. Mary V. Overholser, 67, Jefferson, Rt. 1 Box 151, died Tuesday in a Salem nursing home.
She was born at Helena, Mont., moved to Marion as a child and to Jefferson in 1939. She was a member of Talbot Community Church and Jefferson Garden Club.
Survivors include the widower Claude, Jefferson; daughter Mrs. Ruth Turnidge, Albany; sons Lowell, Albany, Gale, Salem; sisters Mrs. Dorsey Grey, Aumsville, Mrs. Al Fennell, Lebanon; brothers William and Edward Thomas, both of Orland, Calif., and Ralph Thomas, Springfield; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Virgil T. Golden mortuary, Rev. Gordon E. Chaffey officiating. Burial will be at Marion Cemetery.
