OBITUARY:  STAYTON—Gertrude M. Owen, 84, of Stayton, died Monday at Salem Hospital Memorial Unit. Born in Montana, she came here from the Marion area about three years ago. Survivors include her son, Theodore H., Seaview, Wash., and daughter, Lorraine Jacobs, San Leandro, Calif.; The casket will be open from 1 p.m. Tuesday to 12 noon Wednesday at Weddle mortuary, Stayton.
