OBITUARY: 
Ruth M. Hanson, 93, of 278 Cameo St. NW, died Tuesday. She was born in Indiana and had lived in the Salem area 18 years. She was a registered nurse in New York during World War II and a member of the Church of Christ, Scientist.
Survivors include her daughter, Glenna Adkinson, Spokane; and brother, Thomas McClellan, and sister, Eva Neal, both of Salem.
Private family services will be under the direction of the Howell-Edwards-Doerksen Mortuary.
