1920 IL CENSUS - Mildred Dal Santo, age 7, b. Indiana, is enumerated with father John, age 29, occupation auto repair mechanic, b. Missouri, and his wife Katherine, age 27, b. Italy, along with Wallace, age 2 y's 11 m's, b. Illinois. Also enumerated is Molly Dal Santo, identified as sister [of John], age 22, b. Illinois.
OBITUARY: 
Dal Shunk, 56, of 755 Windgate St. S., died Sunday in Salem Hospital Memorial Unit.
Born in New Carlisle, Ind., she was a resident of Salem 26 years. A graduate of St. Bernard’s Hospital School of Nursing and Loyola University, Chicago. She was a volunteer nurse for Marion County Health Department. She was a member of Marion-Polk County Medical Auxiliary, Salem Chapter EC of PEO Sisterhood and Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
Survivors include husband Dr. George J.; daughter, Carol Shunk, Portland; sons, Jack and Jeff, both of Portland, and George, Eugene; mother, Catherine Dalsanto, Titusville, Fla., brother, Wallace Dalsanto, Woodbridge, Va.; a granddaughter, Kelly Shunk, Portland.
Memorial mass will be 2 p.m. tomorrow in Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Private interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery under direction of Virgil T. Golden Mortuary. The family suggests contributions to Salem Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 14001, Salem 97309.
