Gervais – Ethel I. Argent, 72, 1025 N. 3rd St., Gervais, died Monday in a Silverton hospital.
Born in Iowa, she was a longtime Gervais resident and had done restaurant work most of her life.
She is survived by brothers, Lester Umbenhower, Phillips, Neb.; W.G. Bill Sutton, Silverton; sisters Ruby Elwood, Portland, Edna Ruth Trowbridge, Venice, Calif.
Services are pending at Unger’s Mortuary, Silverton.
