OBITUARY: 
At the family home in Salem, Oregon, Tuesday, March 29, at 10 o’clock a.m., Mrs. Charles L. Humphreys, aged 49 years, 4 months, and 19 days, of tuberculosis.
Mrs. Humphreys was the wife of C.L. Humphreys, and employee of the Oregon Electric Company, and formerly a conductor in the Salem Street Railway. She is also survived by four children, Archie, John and Aggie of Salem, and Mrs. Joe Edison of North Yakima, Wash. She was born and raised in the Waldo Hills, and was married December 20, 1881.
The funeral services will be held at the grave, conducted by the Rev. P. S. Knight. Interment will be made at the Warren Cemetery in the Waldo Hills, the funeral party leaving the undertaking parlors of A. M. Clough at 9 o’clock Thursday morning.
